We can diagnose your dead laptop and give you a free estimate for repair. If we are able to repair the laptop, our repair fee is $199 plus applicable taxes. Level 1 Data Recovery $199 Flat Fee

We can extract the information of your hard drive if your operating system crashed. We will extract your files (includes documents, music, pictures, and videos) Programs and or applications will not be recovered with this service. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to verifiable damaged hard drives. We will consult with you to make sure hard drive is in working condition before service is activated. You will need to provide additional hardware to transfer your data such as CD or DVD disks and external hard drives. Service include level 1 data recovery.

Backup Consultation

We can assist you with consultation of several ways to backup your information. We will advise you in what products to buy and what software would meet your needs. Home Network Setup $120 (2 hours)

We will set up and configure your home computer’s wired and wireless network connection with your ISP, connect a wireless router, create a wireless encryption, so you can surf the internet in a secure manner. We can assist you in sharing your devices and protect your important information. Customer needs to have a modem with a local ISP, a router, and software. We can assist you with the purchase of such devices.

Service fee: $120 ( additional $15 per 15 minutes after 2 hours)

VHS to DVD Convertions

We can transfer your VHS tapes and burn it to a DVD disc for $14.99 per tape. We can also transfer your camcorder videos and burn them on a DVD for $14.99 (with your video camera). If you do not have the camera, we will charge and additional $60 per tape. The transfer fee only cover raw footage without any editing. Contact us for more details. DVD Video Editing starting at $60 Per hour

Our standard fee for video editing and creation is $60 per hour for home and $80 for business. Average work time is 3 to 5 hours. Service fee does not include tax.
